In the 26th minute Angelo Osmundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Jaunzuria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Cidro kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Jacobo Jaunzuria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Osmundo in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olivos's goalkeeper Jacobo Jaunzuria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 38 minutes, Celestino Viator mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olivos and the Los dueños de Rosario players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Licerio in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Jaunzuria prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Raul Cerilo came out of the goal and Zeledon Quin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Cerilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Quin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Viator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Raul Cerilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Tomas Mannie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Los dueños de Rosario's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
