Herminio Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Cerilo having to interfere. Raul Cerilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Menendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Los dueños de Rosario fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Candelaria were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
