Raul Cerilo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denis Vargas went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the game, Macachín's Denis Vargas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raul Cerilo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Vargas in the 37th minute of play forced Los dueños de Rosario's goalkeeper Raul Cerilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Osmundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Chan having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelo Osmundo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes, Damaso Nicholas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Macachín and the Los dueños de Rosario players grew even worse after the yellow card.
