Los Kompas Granate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Bibiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Los Kompas Granate's Saul Haimar got a free kick in the 11th minute. Cesar Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Grabiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Miguel Bembe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Cesar Arce when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Stanislao in the 22nd minute of play forced Los Kompas Granate's goalkeeper Enrique Sergi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Hidalgo FC's goalkeeper Cesar Arce had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Bembe. When Saul Haimar fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Kompas Granate's protests and gave Saul Haimar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Kompas Granate's Saul Haimar got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Stanislao in the 33rd minute of play forced Los Kompas Granate's goalkeeper Enrique Sergi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Bembe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Cesar Arce made a huge save. Los Kompas Granate's Enrique Sergi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Bibiano in the 41st minute of play. Arturo Stanislao took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Sergi. Enrique Sergi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

When Christian Grabiel came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Los Kompas Granate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Grabiel couldn't finish the play. Miguel Bembe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Cesar Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Grabiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miguel Bembe took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesar Arce. Cesar Arce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Julian Bibiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Sergi having to interfere. Enrique Sergi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Bibiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Julian Bibiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Sergi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo Stanislao in the 84th minute. After having played for 91 minutes, Julian Bibiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hidalgo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Bibiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Christian Grabiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cesar Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Bembe in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hidalgo FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
