The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, C. A. Natural Force was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Tohias to maneuver through the defense. It was a well-played corner which Justo Quinteros managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After having played for 7 minutes, Damaso Ferrando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Ángeles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Ferrando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Tomas Loreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Natural Force's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Loreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Paulin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C. A. Natural Force's Federico Fonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Maties in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damaso Ferrando got free with Federico Fonso in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aquilino Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Ángeles's Aquilino Maties got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Aquilino Maties fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Fonso having to interfere. The supporters of Club Atlético Ángeles booed when C. A. Natural Force was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Tiniebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. C. A. Natural Force's Federico Fonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Maties in the 63rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Aquilino Maties sped through C. A. Natural Force's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Federico Fonso. Damaso Ferrando took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Federico Fonso. Federico Fonso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Damaso Ferrando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Fonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Sansone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C. A. Natural Force's Federico Fonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Ferrando in the 84th minute of play. Damaso Ferrando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, C. A. Natural Force's Nestor Tiniebra got a free kick in the 89th minute. Ubaldo Tohias lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 92nd minute, one of C. A. Natural Force:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C. A. Natural Force. Saul Garoa walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. There was no doubt that Club Atlético Ángeles were the better team. Club Atlético Ángeles's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
