Benigno Ibar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nortcuys. After having played for 6 minutes, Conrado Clodio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nortcuys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Clodio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Prudencio Mitxaut made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Paulo Sayvion sent off a good shot on target. If Octavio Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Enetz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Prudencio Mitxaut made a huge save. Nortcuys's Prudencio Mitxaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Enetz in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute Jeremias Enetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Mitxaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benigno Ibar came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Nortcuys's Fabian Gaskon. But to his dismay, Fabian Gaskon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ceibas were furious when Elvio Lluterio was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Elvio Lluterio kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Nortcuys's Arnoldo Frances in action when he in the 40th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 42nd minute Adrian Fortun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 played minutes Ceibas got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Tab. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conrado Clodio was the one to do the kick off. Benigno Ibar made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Conrado Clodio sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Nortcuys defense, Laureano Txanton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prudencio Mitxaut. The Nortcuys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Mitxaut should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Ceibas getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Daniel Quinteros hit a great ball. Benigno Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Fortun in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Conrado Clodio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Benigno Ibar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benigno Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Gaskon in the 70th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Nortcuys's Benigno Ibar threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fabian Gaskon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Conrado Clodio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benigno Ibar came out and tried to block the shot, but Conrado Clodio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 75th minute. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Fabian Gaskon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Conrado Clodio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-5 in the 78th playminute. Fabian Gaskon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Ibar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabian Gaskon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-6 in the 89 minute of play. In the 94th minute Fabian Gaskon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Conrado Clodio could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Benigno Ibar however easily saved by the left post.
