Spectators: 7199 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Narciso Hernando kicked off to start the match. Luis Aires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laureano Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Hernando in the 8th minute of play. Igor Cisco's late challenge caught a Los Correcaminos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Cisco helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Correcaminos booed when Gastre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Cisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laureano Burni made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Narciso Hernando sent off a good shot on target. Rene Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Laureano Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Aquilino Fernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Los Correcaminos getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Luis Aires hit a great ball. Ricardo Lawrence's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Tomás Senio on his right side and into the goal. 19 minutes into the game it was 0-1. When Gastre's Omar Barbosa in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The tension between the Gastre and the Los Correcaminos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gastre's Javier Calixto got a free kick in the 25th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Aquilino Fernandez sped through Los Correcaminos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomás Senio. Los Correcaminos's Rene Jerrold got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Narciso Hernando struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Laureano Burni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Correcaminos. In the 40th minute, Rene Jerrold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Narciso Hernando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Correcaminos's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Hernando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Burni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 45 minutes, Aquilino Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gastre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Geronimo Frechoso charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geronimo Frechoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Los Correcaminos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gastre:s goal. 72 minutes into the match, Gastre's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Hernando came free, but Laureano Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Los Correcaminos's goalkeeper Tomás Senio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquilino Fernandez. In the 78th match minute, Los Correcaminos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Indar to maneuver through the defense. The audience cheered when Ricardo Lawrence's long shot passed Tomás Senio's right side. It was 0-5, 79 minutes into the match. Omar Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Fernandez struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Tomás Senio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gastre. Rene Jerrold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Burni having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gastre walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
