Bernardino Liher received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sixto Rubio came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernardino Liher slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. Gerardo Beltran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Reynaldo Basajaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Lucio Otsoko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulino Etxekopar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sixto Rubio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardino Liher made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Cipriano Gagriel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Rubio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Etxekopar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Rubio having to interfere. A collision led to Calesita FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Octavio Rufio hit a great ball. Godofredo Cresenciano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Calesita FC's Sixto Rubio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Liher in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Calesita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Liher came free, but Sixto Rubio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Funebrero FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bernardino Liher hit a great ball.
