The audience was convinced that Blas Sadurni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Paez was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Sergio Llorian sped through Piojoso 87's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lucas Lluques. Silverio Laurgain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lucas Lluques. Piojoso 87's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sergio Llorian's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lucas Lluques firmly grabbed it by the left post. Piojoso 87's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Zeledon Frisco 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. BOKE's Armando Paez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Sadurni in the 18th minute of play. Zeledon Frisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Lucas Lluques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Sergio Llorian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute Blas Sadurni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Paez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Paez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Marcones, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Sergio Llorian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute Zeledon Frisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Lluques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in BOKE's zone, Natalio Marcones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Paez came out of the goal and Natalio Marcones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 44 minutes into the match, BOKE's Sergio Llorian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Lluques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Piojoso 87's Natalio Marcones in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BOKE's goalie prevented a goal. 48 minutes into the match, BOKE's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Marcones came free, but Armando Paez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Natalio Marcones was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of BOKE booed when Piojoso 87 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Orlandus didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sergio Llorian came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the BOKE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Llorian couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, BOKE's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Marcones came free, but Armando Paez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Piojoso 87's Blas Sadurni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Paez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Fiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BOKE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piojoso 87 the free kick. A collision led to BOKE getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Dalmacio Fiz hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Natalio Cristofor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piojoso 87's goalkeeper Lucas Lluques, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucas Lluques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Frisco in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Piojoso 87's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Llorian came free, but Lucas Lluques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Blas Sadurni could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Armando Paez however easily saved by the left post. In the 77th minute, Sergio Llorian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sergio Llorian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Lluques having to make a save. Ernesto Jaunzuria kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
