In the 28th match minute, Excursionistas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Unai to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Ur in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Gonzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anacleto Dantel succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 34th playminute. Nestor Unai was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 44 played minutes Excursionistas got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Laurgain. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Ur was the one to do the kick off. Geronimo Hug hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Gonzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingos Perpinya in the 52nd minute. Cecilio Laurgain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Gonzo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Teofilo Guillem. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Excursionistas. Generoso Arnau stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ermegildo Sauveur. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Anacleto Dantel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Sauveur was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Leo Otsoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Perpinya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Excursionistas fully deserved thier win.
