Victorio Erdiano hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Planet Express's Feliciano Raitin got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliciano Raitin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Anastasio Koldo made a huge save. When Norberto Kelemen came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Planet Express fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Kelemen couldn't finish the play. Anastasio Koldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Egun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Fecha Libre FC defense, Feliciano Raitin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anastasio Koldo. The Fecha Libre FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anastasio Koldo should have stopped the shot. When Emiliano Xabel came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Planet Express fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Xabel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Raitin in the 27th minute of play forced Fecha Libre FC's goalkeeper Anastasio Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laureano Oroitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fecha Libre FC's zone, Norberto Kelemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Koldo came out of the goal and Norberto Kelemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Fecha Libre FC's goalkeeper Anastasio Koldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anier Ladio. Fecha Libre FC's Anastasio Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Ladio in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fecha Libre FC's zone, Emiliano Xabel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Koldo came out of the goal and Emiliano Xabel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th match minute, Fecha Libre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Belo to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Feliciano Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Koldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Fecha Libre FC's Anastasio Koldo got control of the ball when Anier Ladio tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ismael Stanislao made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Raitin in the 57th minute of play forced Fecha Libre FC's goalkeeper Anastasio Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 minutes, Ismael Stanislao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fecha Libre FC and the Planet Express players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes Fecha Libre FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Stanislao. Fecha Libre FC's Anastasio Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Raitin in the 68th minute of play. Anastasio Koldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Xabel in the 75th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fecha Libre FC's zone, Feliciano Raitin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Koldo came out of the goal and Feliciano Raitin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Planet Express's Emiliano Xabel in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fecha Libre FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 79th minute, Abelardo Egun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anier Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fecha Libre FC's Anastasio Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Egun in the 85th minute of play. Norberto Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Koldo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Fecha Libre FC's zone, Abelardo Egun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Koldo came out of the goal and Abelardo Egun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anier Ladio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anastasio Koldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Planet Express walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
