Danilo Clis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Clis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Generoso Su's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Raul Haitz charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Caseros booed when Marucha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Haitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Generoso Su made a kick off. David Berriotxoa hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Generoso Su shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Clis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 played minutes Caseros got a freekick which was hit by David Berriotxoa. Danilo Clis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Su in the 63rd minute of play. Raimundo Acevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Clis having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Marucha FC's Raimundo Acevedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danilo Clis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Generoso Su sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Clis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Acevedo in the 79th minute of the match. Marucha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Su was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caseros had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
