Fidel Botello ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Morrison FC's Arsenio Jaizki got control of the ball when Fidel Botello tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Fidel Botello took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Arsenio Jaizki to make any attempt to save it. Fidel Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norberto Marin during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of BG. Estanislao López booed when Morrison FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Jenaro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Arsenio Jaizki skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Morrison FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Arsenio Frans hit a great ball. Placido Ganix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Juvenal, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Fidel Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenio Jaizki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Jenaro in the 37th minute. BG. Estanislao López's Fidel Botello got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ciro Jenaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. BG. Estanislao López's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Jenaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Jaizki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Caton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Ganix having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st minute of the game, Ciro Jenaro landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Augusto Loren charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augusto Loren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Morrison FC's Augusto Loren got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Fidel Botello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BG. Estanislao López's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Botello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Lauaxeta's late challenge caught a BG. Estanislao López's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Lauaxeta helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Morrison FC's Marcos Lauaxeta got a free kick in the 56th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Serafin Pabla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Arsenio Jaizki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlos Socorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Serafin Pabla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenio Jaizki didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BG. Estanislao López's Carlos Socorro shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 97 minutes into the match, Zeledon Juvenal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Placido Ganix. BG. Estanislao López's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeledon Juvenal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BG. Estanislao López fully deserved thier win.
