After a defensive mix-up in Ganimedes F.C.'s zone, Anier Mikelats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Chorache came out of the goal and Anier Mikelats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felix Eufemio kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Saturnino Naelio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Iliana made a kick off. Baltasar Matia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Firme having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Anier Mikelats was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alhuampa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ganimedes F.C. the free kick. Anier Mikelats kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match.
