Spectators: 6447 (Terracing: 5447, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fidel Botello took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fulgencio Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Botello in the 3rd minute of play. Fulgencio Seguinus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute Serafin Pabla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Seguinus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Socorro kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Placido Ganix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Cordarius in the 9th minute of the match. Ciro Jenaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulgencio Seguinus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Botello in the 13th minute of play forced Bareiro FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Seguinus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Socorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edgard Erauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Ciro Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Seguinus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bareiro FC's Fulgencio Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Socorro in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Jenaro in the 25th minute of play forced Bareiro FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Seguinus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes, Edgard Erauso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bareiro FC and the BG. Estanislao López players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Bareiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Erauso to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ciro Jenaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. BG. Estanislao López's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Jenaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Seguinus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bareiro FC's Fulgencio Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Botello in the 31st minute of play. BG. Estanislao López's Ciro Jenaro got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciro Jenaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Fulgencio Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Erauso kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Leo Dorio hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godofredo Cordarius made a kick off. In the 61st minute, Fidel Botello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fulgencio Seguinus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Botello in the 64th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Jenaro got free with Fulgencio Seguinus in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fulgencio Seguinus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Socorro went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Bareiro FC's Edgard Erauso got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Edgard Erauso off the ground. Godofredo Cordarius charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Cordarius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BG. Estanislao López's Leandro Segio got a free kick in the 76th minute. Ciro Jenaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Fulgencio Seguinus made a huge save. Carlos Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Bareiro FC defense, Carlos Socorro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Seguinus. The Bareiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Seguinus should have stopped the shot. BG. Estanislao López's Ciro Jenaro got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over BG. Estanislao López could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bareiro FC throughout the match.
