Morrison FC's Arsenio Jaizki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Argina in the 19th minute of play. Celedonio Firme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Caton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Juvenal in the 27th minute of the match. Eugenio Caton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celedonio Firme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Alhuampa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Nuno to maneuver through the defense. Prospero Nuno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Arsenio Jaizki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Morrison FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Donato Argina scored to the left of an out of position Arsenio Jaizki, making the score, 1-2. If Eugenio Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Morrison FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zeledon Juvenal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Alhuampa's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Caton came free, but Celedonio Firme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Argina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Juvenal took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celedonio Firme. Celedonio Firme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. If Donato Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eugenio Caton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Firme having to interfere. Arsenio Jaizki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Argina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Donato Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eugenio Caton came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Morrison FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Caton couldn't finish the play. Zeledon Juvenal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Celedonio Firme when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eugenio Caton struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Celedonio Firme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morrison FC. Eugenio Caton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
