Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Iruinea in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Rami prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Alejandro Sabella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Iruinea during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, LEYENDA MALBEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Iruinea to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Cosme Medina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rômulo Vieira. LEYENDA MALBEC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosme Medina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, LEYENDA MALBEC's Valentin Duarte got a free kick in the 71st minute. Alejandro Sabella's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Club Atletico Talleres were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over LEYENDA MALBEC's much stronger midfield.
