Spectators: 7163 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maximiliano Eyague started the match with the kick off. In the 2ndth minute of the game Mauricio Quintyn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tolhuin's Humberto Procopio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Tolhuin getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ignacio Criston hit a great ball. Mauricio Quintyn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, DOL GULDUR's Humberto Procopio threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mauricio Quintyn, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 8 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Eyague had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prospero Belo. DOL GULDUR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Eyague was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 24th minute Maximiliano Eyague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Belo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Braulio Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tolhuin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braulio Cordarryl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Eyague in the 27th minute of play forced DOL GULDUR's goalkeeper Prospero Belo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Hitzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, DOL GULDUR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Quintyn to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Tolhuin got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Criston. Silvio Cordarrell got in the 46th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Humberto Procopio handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 49th minute, Silvio Cordarrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Tolhuin were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauricio Quintyn made a kick off. Mauricio Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedicto Hitzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauricio Quintyn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Procopio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Hitzeder in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Mauricio Quintyn made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Procopio. Tolhuin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 70 minutes into the match, DOL GULDUR's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Eyague came free, but Prospero Belo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of DOL GULDUR booed when Tolhuin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Cordarryl didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Maximiliano Eyague had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Benedicto Hitzeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Hitzeder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Procopio having to make a save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
