El Acuerdo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warriors FC the free kick. Saverio Theobald hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Ignacio Asur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El Acuerdo's Francisco Sazon quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Saverio Balesio, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Placido Vincente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Hermon in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute, Gavino Lorenz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Placido Vincente was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 30th minute, Francisco Sazon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Warriors FC's Placido Vincente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Hermon in the 32nd minute of play. Placido Vincente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Hermon in the 33rd minute of play. Marco Hermon took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Vincente. Placido Vincente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Fabio Argoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Hermon scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Placido Vincente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Argoitz was the one to do the kick off. Gavino Lorenz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Vincente having to interfere. Placido Vincente made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Gavino Lorenz sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 60 minutes, Marco Hermon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Acuerdo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Hermon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Warriors FC's Placido Vincente got control of the ball when Marco Hermon tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 62 minutes of play, El Acuerdo's Marco Hermon made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Placido Vincente was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Warriors FC fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Warriors FC's Fabio Argoitz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marco Hermon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Placido Vincente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, El Acuerdo's Marco Hermon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Placido Vincente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched El Acuerdo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
