Eustaquio Monico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Chapions. Marco Hermon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Cleto Cucao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Victoriano Onofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Hermons short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Cleto Cucao to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 33 minutes in the game Jacinto Lluc did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gualterio Charro. After 37 played minutes El Acuerdo got a freekick which was hit by Victor Haimar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabian Torres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cleto Cucao came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by El Acuerdo's Marco Hermon. But to his dismay, Marco Hermon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Marco Hermon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Cleto Cucao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes, Marco Hermon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Acuerdo and the The Chapions players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Marco Hermon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Lorenz scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cleto Cucao, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Marco Hermon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Lorenz struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Ricardo Confesor charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
