Zapala AFC's Esteban Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Mitxel in the 17th minute of play. Esteban Polo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Mitxel in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Hector Hustaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zapala AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaqüé FC the free kick. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Esteban Polo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 27 minutes into the match, Zapala AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Polo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norberto Mitxel. In the 28th minute Gervasio Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Zapala AFC's Esteban Polo got control of the ball when Edgardo Gaitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Norberto Mitxel charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto Mitxel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Domingo Dino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enzo Etxekopar was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Elias Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41stth minute of the game Domingo Dino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jaqüé FC's Enzo Etxekopar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norberto Mitxel got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Norberto Mitxel hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Dino in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Etxekopar saved Jaqüé FC from getting behind. Jaqüé FC's Enzo Etxekopar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Dino in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingo Dino to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Zapala AFC got a penalty, and Anselmo Berasko placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Enzo Etxekopar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Elias Pirro charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Pirro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Jaqüé FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Pirro. 62 minutes into the match, Edgardo Gaitano notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Zapala AFC's Esteban Polo. Esteban Polo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Camilo Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute of the match Santiago Min shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Esteban Polo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Edgardo Gaitano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaqüé FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Gaitano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enzo Etxekopar was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Benicio Gorri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benicio Gorri really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. If Benicio Gorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Jaqüé FC's Enzo Etxekopar got control of the ball when Domingo Dino tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 97th minute, Edgardo Gaitano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Zapala AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zapala AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
