Moises Malvin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jacinto Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 played minutes, Miraflores's Laureano Lauaxeta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacinto Santana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Miraflores reached it. Gaspar Berasko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Santana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Moises Malvin struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Jacinto Santana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miraflores. In the 22nd minute, Alonzo Sendoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Gaspar Berasko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Santana was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Gaspar Berasko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miraflores's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspar Berasko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Santana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sañogasta's goalkeeper Jacinto Santana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moises Malvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sañogasta getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Alonzo Sendoa hit a great ball. Cirilo Ixona hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Jacinto Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Malvin in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Miraflores booed when Sañogasta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Erdiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Malvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Etor to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Antonio Egoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sañogasta's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Egoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Oso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodoro Oso came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sañogasta's Romeo Etor. But to his dismay, Romeo Etor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Antonio Egoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Egoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Oso having to interfere. The supporters of Sañogasta booed when Miraflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Ourente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Malvin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Jacinto Santana made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Etor in the 78th minute of play forced Miraflores's goalkeeper Teodoro Oso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Moises Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miraflores's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Malvin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Santana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodoro Oso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Etor's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Antonio Egoi took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Oso. Teodoro Oso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 95th match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Primo to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Miraflores players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sañogasta.
