Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) 3 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Fiz came free, but Hipolito Dayam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Roldanillo scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeo Nikola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Patricio Lugo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Lugo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Nikola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Tomi in the 11th minute of play forced Palmitas's goalkeeper Hipolito Dayam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Malvinas's Amadeo Nikola got control of the ball when Placido Roldanillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Malvinas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anacleto Odilon was slow to take the kick. During this time Palmitas's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Palmitas's Anacleto Odilon to fire away a dangerous shot which Amadeo Nikola despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hipolito Dayam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Fiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Jeronimo Curcio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patricio Lugo in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeo Nikola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Placido Roldanillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Amadeo Nikola made a huge save. Malvinas's Anastasio Frichoso got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Placido Roldanillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Nikola having to interfere. Adolfo Fiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hipolito Dayam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Lugo made a kick off. Hipolito Dayam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Tomi in the 57th minute of the match. Hipolito Dayam came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Malvinas's Adolfo Fiz. But to his dismay, Adolfo Fiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Amadeo Nikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Roldanillo in the 69th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Patricio Lugo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Malvinas's Amadeo Nikola. Amadeo Nikola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 80 minutes, Emanuel Sol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palmitas and the Malvinas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Palmitas's Emanuel Sol got a free kick in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Patricio Lugo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeo Nikola. Malvinas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Lugo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Placido Roldanillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Nikola having to interfere. Malvinas's Amadeo Nikola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Lugo in the 91st minute of play. Melchor Tomi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Dayam having to interfere. Palmitas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Malvinas for a fine match.
