The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Everardo Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute Everardo Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Nikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Los Acalambrados FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Pagomari to maneuver through the defense. Damian Pagomari came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Amadeo Nikola could save by the left post. Los Acalambrados FC's Casimiro Bieito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Fiz in the 20th minute of play. Clodoveo Hernando was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Los Acalambrados FC booed when Malvinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Pagomaris short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Amadeo Nikola to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute Everardo Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Nikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Malvinas got a freekick which was hit by Roman Henry. After 34 minutes of play, Los Acalambrados FC's Damian Pagomari made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeo Nikola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Everardo Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Pagomari in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amadeo Nikola, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

Los Acalambrados FC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Malvinas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonathan Iraunkor took the corner. In the 55th minute, Malvinas's Melchor Tomi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Casimiro Bieito. Amadeo Nikola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Pagomari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeo Nikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Rayman in the 63rd minute of the match. When Adolfo Fiz came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Malvinas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Fiz couldn't finish the play. Everardo Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Everardo Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Nikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Los Acalambrados FC booed when Malvinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Henry didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Malvinas's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Rayman came free, but Amadeo Nikola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Nikola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Rayman in the 76th minute of play. When Damian Pagomari, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 78 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Amadeo Nikola was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Melchor Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 84 minutes, Everardo Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Acalambrados FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Rayman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Malvinas defense, Everardo Rayman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo Nikola. The Malvinas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo Nikola should have stopped the shot.
