Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Humberto Nerio started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Valentino FC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Ceandro. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Damian Pagomari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Acalambrados FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Pagomari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Sol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 5 minutes into the match, Valentino FC's goalkeeper Hilario Sol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Pagomari. Hilario Sol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Everardo Rayman's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valentino FC's goalkeeper Hilario Sol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Acalambrados FC's Severiano Sayvion pulled a muscle in his leg after 19 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Tiburcio Criston's late challenge caught a Los Acalambrados FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiburcio Criston helped the player get up and apologised. Tiburcio Criston hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Los Acalambrados FC's Jonathan Iraunkor shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hilario Sol but with some difficulty. Valentino FC's Hilario Sol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Valentino FC from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Valentino FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonathan Iraunkor was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Acalambrados FC's players had a chance to rest. 30 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Hernando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Acalambrados FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valentino FC the free kick. In the 30th minute, Clodoveo Hernando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Valentino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Hernando came free, but Hilario Sol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damian Pagomari to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Jonas Loreto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Los Acalambrados FC's Casimiro Bieito. Casimiro Bieito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Los Acalambrados FC booed when Valentino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Ceandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valentino FC's goalkeeper Hilario Sol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Valentino FC's Niceto Ceandro got a free kick in the 69th minute. If Damian Pagomari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Rayman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Damian Pagomari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hilario Sol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Sotero in the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Valentino FC's Luciano Boniel got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Jonathan Iraunkor was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Damian Pagomari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Sol having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Valentino FC's Niceto Ceandro got a free kick in the 90th minute.
