With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Liberto in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo Nikola saved Malvinas from getting behind. Saverio Egoitz charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saverio Egoitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saverio Egoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Amadeo Nikola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Liberto in the 12th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moises Quentin. Tatengue FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Malvinas's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bruno Liberto 21 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After having played for 24 minutes, Claudio Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tatengue FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Navarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Liberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Malvinas booed when Tatengue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Jordy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Moises Quentin. Tatengue FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 34th minute, Casimiro Cordarrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Liberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeo Nikola having to make a save. Bruno Liberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Amadeo Nikola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Bruno Liberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Nikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Bruno Liberto made the kick off in the second half. Claudio Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Tatengue FC defense, Adolfo Fiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moises Quentin. The Tatengue FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moises Quentin should have stopped the shot. After 60 played minutes Malvinas got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Egoitz. Melchor Tomi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. Malvinas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Malvinas's Anastasio Frichoso got a free kick in the 74th minute. Adolfo Fiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Moises Quentin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Fiz got free with Moises Quentin in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Bruno Liberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Navarro in the 90th minute of play forced Malvinas's goalkeeper Amadeo Nikola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
