The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Torres got free with Alejandro Unai in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oscar Nazario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Qwinton in the 19th minute of the match. When Teodosio Qwinton, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 21 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Oscar Nazario was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Nemesio Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Unai having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Beltza during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eleuterio Jacob, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nemesio Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro Unai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nemesio Torres in the 39th minute. A collision led to Conhello AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Romeo Eguen hit a great ball. Alejandro Unai came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Equipucho FC's Nemesio Torres. But to his dismay, Nemesio Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Nemesio Torres struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Alejandro Unai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Equipucho FC.

In the 54th minute, Teobaldo Vitin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvio Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Oscar Nazario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodosio Qwinton's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Alejandro Unai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Nemesio Torres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejandro Unai. Conhello AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Torres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 75 minutes into the match, Conhello AFC's Teobaldo Vitin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Nazario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Octavio Kaxen hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Equipucho FC's Oscar Nazario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Equipucho FC from getting a goal against them. When Nemesio Torres came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Equipucho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nemesio Torres couldn't finish the play. Edgardo Intxixu might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Unai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Intxixu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute, Nemesio Torres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Equipucho FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Conhello AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
