Valentin Mergildo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ's goalkeeper Baltasar Piorno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Bufones & Saltimbanquis's goalkeeper Jose Quexal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Venancio Maxin. Joel Cloyo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltasar Piorno having to make a save. Baltasar Piorno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Cloyo in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Quinito. 27 minutes into the match, VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Mannie came free, but Baltasar Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ's Venancio Maxin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jose Quexal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ's zone, Jeremias Danel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Piorno came out of the goal and Jeremias Danel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the game, Artemio Atauri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bufones & Saltimbanquis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ the free kick. Baltasar Piorno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Cloyo in the 39th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Joel Cloyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bufones & Saltimbanquis's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Cloyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltasar Piorno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Joel Cloyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute, Lucas Luar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amancio Demario to strike the kick off in the second half. Amancio Demario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artemio Mannie during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artemio Mannie kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Bufones & Saltimbanquis's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucas Luar took the corner. The audience was convinced that Amancio Demario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Quexal was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Jeremias Danel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baltasar Piorno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Bufones & Saltimbanquis's Jeremias Danel in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Joel Cloyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute Jeremias Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Piorno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Quexal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Demario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Venancio Maxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Joel Cloyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bufones & Saltimbanquis played a much better game than VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ and deserved their victory. The VERDANI - ADIÓS AL MZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
