In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wolfs masters futbol club's goalkeeper Venancio Quirce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Denis Atarratze came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Delicias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Atarratze couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute of the match Julio Crescencio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Venancio Quirce showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Melquiades Idacio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Gonzalo Kaiet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Melquiades Idacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Kaiet having to interfere. If Ovidio Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Delicias's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Jakue came free, but Gonzalo Kaiet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ovidio Jakue was the one to do the kick off. When Domingo Barto fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Delicias's protests and gave Domingo Barto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Delicias getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Domingo Barto hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Luisito Eguntsenti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delicias's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Eguntsenti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venancio Quirce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denis Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Wolfs masters futbol club booed when Delicias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Benat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wolfs masters futbol club's Venancio Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Atarratze in the 72nd minute of play. Justino Kaiet charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Kaiet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wolfs masters futbol club! 77 minutes into the game, Denis Atarratze recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Venancio Quirce. Denis Atarratze showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. The supporters of Wolfs masters futbol club booed when Delicias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Abaunza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Idacio took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonzalo Kaiet. Gonzalo Kaiet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Melquiades Idacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Kaiet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Delicias had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
