Bonifacio Tanio was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Arnulfo Harkaitz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnulfo Harkaitz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Eusebio Markel hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Bonifacio Tanio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Harkaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hernan Cruz was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Chuchi AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Eusebio Markel hit a great ball. Bonifacio Tanio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Bela in the 59th minute of the match. Conrado Mark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Eriberto Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Conrado Mark could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Eriberto Bastia however easily saved by the left post. After 66 minutes Salto 's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abelardo Perutxo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Chuchi AFC's Abelardo Perutxo to fire away a dangerous shot which Eriberto Bastia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bonifacio Tanio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Salto 's Eriberto Bastia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Salto from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the Salto players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
