After a defensive mix-up in Corralito AFC's zone, Saul Txaran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Iratxo came out of the goal and Saul Txaran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteban Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Mogel in the 39th minute of play forced Corralito AFC's goalkeeper Armando Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Blanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Manex in the 41st minute of play. Armando Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Txaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Manex stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Hilario Venceslao fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Armando Iratxo, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Esteban Mogel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armando Iratxo. That made the score 0-1 in the 56 minute of play. A very good chance. Armando Iratxo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteban Mogel in the 77th minute. If Saul Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Saul Txaran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Iratxo was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Saul Txaran put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Armando Iratxo.
