In the 9th minute, Alejandro Sidoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patricio Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Abajas in the 14th minute of the match. Rocky de Vélez's Ladislao Abajas got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ladislao Abajas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Romo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Carolo Chaime kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Federico Curcio hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Abajas in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patricio Romo saved Brealito AFC from getting behind. Marcos Balendin's late challenge caught a Rocky de Vélez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Balendin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Brealito AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Marcos Balendin hit a great ball. Patricio Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Kismi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ladislao Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brealito AFC:s Patricio Romo showed great skill when he stopped Zeledon Enmanuel:s penalty. Zeledon Enmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Arsenio Urtsin made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Alejandro Sidoro sent off a good shot on target. Ladislao Abajas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Romo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Filiberto Kismi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Romo having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Felipe Federigo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Rocky de Vélez's Arsenio Urtsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Erdiano in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Jimeno Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Urtsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Curcio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Patricio Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filiberto Kismi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 63rd playminute. Ladislao Abajas struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Patricio Romo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rocky de Vélez. The crowd rose to their feet as Rocky de Vélez's Ladislao Abajas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patricio Romo. That made the score 0-2 after 70 minutes of play. Brealito AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ladislao Abajas 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. After 79 minutes of play, Brealito AFC's Jimeno Monico made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arsenio Urtsin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute Jimeno Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Urtsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Arsenio Urtsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Monico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Urtsin having to make a save.
