Jimeno Monico scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Honesto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Sidoro in the 28th minute of play forced C.A.Malvinas Argentinas's goalkeeper Adrian Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Dimo got free with Patricio Romo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st match minute, C.A.Malvinas Argentinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Dimo to maneuver through the defense. When Jimeno Monico came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Brealito AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Monico couldn't finish the play. C.A.Malvinas Argentinas's Adrian Honesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Sidoro in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimeno Abarca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to C.A.Malvinas Argentinas getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Nereo Gutierrez hit a great ball. Justo Erroman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Jimeno Monico in the 69th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 74 played minutes Brealito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Gabirel. In the 76th minute of the match C.A.Malvinas Argentinas got a corner. Brealito AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maximo Niva ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to C.A.Malvinas Argentinas's Ciro Lluis getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 79th minute, Amado Dimo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.A.Malvinas Argentinas's Nereo Gutierrez suffered a sore thigh after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Clodoveo Erdiano hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Alejandro Sidoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Adrian Honesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Salvador Ondino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Patricio Romo had in the 96thth minute some difficulties stopping Maximo Niva's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The Brealito AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented C.A.Malvinas Argentinas from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
