Ildefonso Matei in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hector Furman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eusebio Gelacio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

Arnulfo Sansone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Pere in the 52nd minute of play. Hector Furman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Matei in the 54th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Victorino Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Sansone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ildefonso Matei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebio Gelacio in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Furman saved Tabay from getting behind. In the 65th minute of the match Horacio Mundo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnulfo Sansone skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's Zacarias Xacintu got a free kick in the 68th minute. If Eusebio Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Victorino Abar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ildefonso Matei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Furman having to interfere. After 83 minutes of play, Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's Eusebio Gelacio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hector Furman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zacarias Xacintu charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Xacintu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Zacarias Xacintu hit a great ball. Arnulfo Sansone was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victorino Abar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 87 minute of play. Victorino Abar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnulfo Sansone having to make a save. Hector Furman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Matei in the 95th minute of the match.
