CA Kawa were furious when Benigno Kelemen was red carded, 8 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 7 minutes into the game, one of CA Kawa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Domingos Olando shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Prospero Ekaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Vicente Patrido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredo Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Ayala having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Prospero Ekaitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernan Seme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fernan Seme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Astigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ajó booed when CA Kawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Ekaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fernan Seme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Astigar in the 28th minute of play forced CA Kawa's goalkeeper Fernan Seme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CA Kawa getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Evaristo Cucao hit a great ball. Isaias Astigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Seme having to interfere. With a little luck, Ajó's Fulgencio Ayala got control of the ball when Vicente Patrido tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vicente Patrido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Fulgencio Ayala made a huge save. After 38 minutes, Honorio Araoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CA Kawa and the Ajó players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes Ajó got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Mirande. 46 minutes into the match, CA Kawa's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Astigar came free, but Fernan Seme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Evaristo Cucao kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Isaias Astigar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ajó booed when CA Kawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, CA Kawa's Alfredo Celipe got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to CA Kawa getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Arnaldo Rosio hit a great ball. Ajó's Benigno Maore got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Arsenio Mirande came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Ajó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Mirande couldn't finish the play. Vicente Patrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Ayala having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Txeru during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Ajó got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Txeru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Patrido in the 81st minute of play forced Ajó's goalkeeper Fulgencio Ayala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Vicente Patrido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Ajó getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Benigno Maore hit a great ball. Fulgencio Ayala came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Kawa's Evaristo Cucao. But to his dismay, Evaristo Cucao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Patrido in the 92nd minute of play forced Ajó's goalkeeper Fulgencio Ayala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Kawa's goalkeeper Fernan Seme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
