With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejandro Palban in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Urtzi saved Chivo F.C. from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Sustrai in the 25th minute of play forced Chivo F.C.'s goalkeeper Evaristo Urtzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Anastasio Sustrai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evaristo Urtzi. Chivo F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Sustrai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 91st minute, Anastasio Sustrai fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alejandro Palban struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Evaristo Urtzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liebig AFC. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Liebig AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
