Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Evaristo Birila took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Evaristo Birila came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Ciénega FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Birila couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Desiderio Gregory got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaston Lucado got free with Donato Arnalt in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the match, Ciénega FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Erasto came free, but Donato Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Gilberto Erasto took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Donato Arnalt to make any attempt to save it. When Evaristo Birila came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ciénega FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Birila couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Gaston Lucado could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Donato Arnalt however easily saved by the left post. Fabio Iyan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Birila in the 31st minute of play. Evaristo Birila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Travesía AFC's Desiderio Gregory in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ciénega FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gaston Lucado hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Travesía AFC's zone, Evaristo Birila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Iyan came out of the goal and Evaristo Birila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Desiderio Gregory stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desiderio Gregory in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Arnalt saved Ciénega FC from getting behind. Ciénega FC's Donato Arnalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Erasto in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Ciénega FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Tabb came free, but Donato Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Ciénega FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Lucado came free, but Donato Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Ciénega FC's Gualterio Giraldo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gualterio Giraldo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ciénega FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gualterio Giraldo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Ciénega FC's Gualterio Giraldo got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Travesía AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Gerardo Tabb hit a great ball. Desiderio Gregory scored 2-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donato Arnalt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Erasto in the 75th minute of play forced Ciénega FC's goalkeeper Donato Arnalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Ciénega FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Erasto came free, but Donato Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Arnalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Tabb, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Donato Arnalt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Tabb in the 80th minute of the match. Desiderio Gregory took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donato Arnalt. Donato Arnalt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Donato Arnalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Tabb, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Erasto in the 93rd minute of play forced Ciénega FC's goalkeeper Donato Arnalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciénega FC's Donato Arnalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Tabb in the 94th minute of play. Donato Arnalt came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Travesía AFC's Gilberto Erasto. But to his dismay, Gilberto Erasto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Travesía AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
