Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ambrosio Rencio started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Filiberto Vedillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maipú FC and the WAITING FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Filiberto Vedillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maipú FC's Jeronimo Hever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Abajas in the 10th minute of play. If Prudencio Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Boniel in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Hever saved Maipú FC from getting behind. WAITING FC's Domingo Santio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Vedillo in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, WAITING FC's goalkeeper Domingo Santio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Orlin. With a little luck, WAITING FC's Domingo Santio got control of the ball when Rogelio Bastia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeronimo Hever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Boniel in the 30th minute of the match. Prudencio Vasco scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeronimo Hever, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Maipú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Boniel came free, but Jeronimo Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Hever came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by WAITING FC's Rogelio Boniel. But to his dismay, Rogelio Boniel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Maipú FC's zone, Prudencio Vasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Hever came out of the goal and Prudencio Vasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Maipú FC's Ambrosio Rencio got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Rogelio Boniel made the kick off in the second half. Rogelio Boniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernardino Lluques charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardino Lluques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 59 minutes, Rogelio Boniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WAITING FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Boniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maipú FC's Jeronimo Hever proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Maipú FC from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute, WAITING FC's Rogelio Boniel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Domingo Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Rencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After some careless play in the Maipú FC defense, Epifanio Loiola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Hever. The Maipú FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Hever should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Boniel in the 75th minute of play forced Maipú FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Hever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Maipú FC's Jeronimo Hever got control of the ball when Prudencio Vasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeronimo Hever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Boniel in the 80th minute of play. After 82nd play minutes Prudencio Vasco shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Jeronimo Hever and just under the crossbar into goal. Maipú FC's Jeronimo Hever proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Maipú FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Boniel in the 87th minute of play forced Maipú FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Hever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Vedillo in the 90th minute of play forced WAITING FC's goalkeeper Domingo Santio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Hever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Boniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
