After recieving a nice pass, Benítez AFC's Samuel Ascencio tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, R1c0t3r0s fC's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Lehoi came free, but Edgard Clemencin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Barto scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgard Clemencin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. R1c0t3r0s fC's Edgard Clemencin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Lehoi in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Gonzalo Mendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Barto struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Edgard Clemencin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Benítez AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Lehoi in the 49th minute of play forced R1c0t3r0s fC's goalkeeper Edgard Clemencin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 51 minutes had been played when some careless play by R1c0t3r0s fC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samuel Ascencio was slow to take the kick. During this time Benítez AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of R1c0t3r0s fC's goalie and right to Guaberto Isadore. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. R1c0t3r0s fC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Teo Matthew sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Matthew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Matai having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Benítez AFC's zone, Teo Matthew stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Matai came out of the goal and Teo Matthew tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pastor Lehoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Clemencin having to interfere. Edgard Clemencin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Lehoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Barto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgard Clemencin having to make a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Benítez AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
