After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Tiburcio Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pinto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Dei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Cresenciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Pinto FC's Tiburcio Dei slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andres Cresenciano. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. A hard shot 18 in the game by Jonathan Emmanuel from a close distance when the talented Andres Cresenciano managed to make a qualified save. Milan E.S.A.'s players were relieved. 19 minutes into the match, Milan E.S.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Dei came free, but Andres Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Chap's late challenge caught a Pinto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Chap helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, Milan E.S.A. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Chap to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes Milan E.S.A. got a freekick which was hit by Mario Chap. Tiburcio Dei might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Cresenciano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiburcio Dei ran back to his position shaking his head. Cayetano Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Castulo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Cresenciano made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Jonathan Emmanuel sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Dei in the 29th minute of play forced Milan E.S.A.'s goalkeeper Andres Cresenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cristobal Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Emmanuel got free with Andres Cresenciano in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ermegildo Castulo to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Jonathan Emmanuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute Ermegildo Castulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Dei in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Cresenciano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jimeno Millrick kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Andres Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Dei in the 58th minute of play. Tiburcio Dei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Cresenciano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Andres Cresenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Dei, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Andres Cresenciano came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinto FC's Tiburcio Dei. But to his dismay, Tiburcio Dei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Andres Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Navarro in the 77th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Silvio Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Castulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Milan E.S.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Dei came free, but Andres Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Emmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Emmanuel struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Andres Cresenciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pinto FC. Milan E.S.A.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
