Fabian Lluis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Desiderio Opilano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Bernardo Chuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Gonsalve in the 21st minute of play. If Adan Llope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Adan Llope came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Chichita de Casa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adan Llope couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Lluis in the 31st minute of play forced Chichita de Casa FC's goalkeeper Desiderio Opilano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Nofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Opilano having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Fabian Lluis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Desiderio Opilano. Fabian Lluis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Desiderio Opilano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Lluis in the 39th minute of the match. With his leg Desiderio Opilano managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Club Atlético River Plate's Octavio Nofre fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabian Lluis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Lluis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Opilano having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nereo Gonsalve made a kick off. With a little luck, Club Atlético River Plate's Bernardo Chuse got control of the ball when Adan Llope tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nereo Gonsalve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Chuse having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Lluis in the 65th minute of play forced Chichita de Casa FC's goalkeeper Desiderio Opilano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Desiderio Opilano came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético River Plate's Fabian Lluis. But to his dismay, Fabian Lluis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Nereo Gonsalve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Chuse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Gonsalve's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Octavio Nofre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético River Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Nofre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desiderio Opilano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Desiderio Opilano came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético River Plate's Fabian Lluis. But to his dismay, Fabian Lluis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 87th minute, Gualterio Tello sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Club Atlético River Plate's Bernardo Chuse didn't even have to move. 89 minutes into the match, Club Atlético River Plate's goalkeeper Bernardo Chuse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adan Llope. Chichita de Casa FC's Desiderio Opilano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Nofre in the 92nd minute of play. Bernardo Chuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Gonsalve in the 94th minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Club Atlético River Plate were victorious despite being under pressure from Chichita de Casa FC for much of the match.
