Eustacio Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eustacio Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Jaume having to interfere. Eduardo Feo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. Fumatta FC's Florencio Giro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Illart in the 14th minute of play. Florencio Giro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Fe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Felix Frutos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Spurs United's Victoriano Jaume. Victoriano Jaume was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute of the match Dario Frichoso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florencio Giro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Fe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Florencio Giro, 2-1. After 26 minutes, Eduardo Feo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spurs United and the Fumatta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Spurs United booed when Fumatta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Frechoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fumatta FC's Florencio Giro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Frichoso in the 33rd minute of play. When Aquiles Franco fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spurs United's protests and gave Aquiles Franco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Spurs United getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Aquiles Franco hit a great ball. Fumatta FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Baldomiro Fe scored to the left of an out of position Florencio Giro, making the score, 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Fumatta FC's zone, Baldomiro Fe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Giro came out of the goal and Baldomiro Fe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute of the match, Baldomiro Fe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florencio Giro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When German Garaona fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fumatta FC's protests and gave German Garaona a yellow card for diving instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustacio Corderun to strike the kick off in the second half. Florencio Giro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Fe, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Fumatta FC's Florencio Giro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Feo in the 59th minute of play. Florencio Giro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Feo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Baldomiro Fe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florencio Giro was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Fumatta FC defense, Anier Illart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florencio Giro. The Fumatta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florencio Giro should have stopped the shot. After 80 minutes of play, Spurs United's Baldomiro Fe made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florencio Giro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Fumatta FC booed when Spurs United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Illart didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes, Anier Illart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spurs United and the Fumatta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. German Garaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Felix Frutos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fumatta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Frutos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Jaume breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 99 minutes into the match, Fumatta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Illart came free, but Florencio Giro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Spurs United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fumatta FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
