Rodrigo Pabla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gonzo having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Paulo Rocendo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dragon Azzurro FC and the Chiyuyoc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Dragon Azzurro FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Rocendo. After recieving a nice pass, Chiyuyoc's Gaspar Cordeal tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Chiyuyoc getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ignacio Porfirio hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, Dragon Azzurro FC's Filomeno Gipuzkoa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anastasio Orti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Filomeno Gipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evelio Garci received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anastasio Orti came out and tried to block the shot, but Evelio Garci slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 29th minute. Rodrigo Pabla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Joaquin Gonzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Gonzo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marciano Rioja went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Chiyuyoc booed when Dragon Azzurro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Nafarroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rodrigo Pabla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Marciano Rioja made the kick off in the second half. Gaspar Cordeal was slow to take the kick. During this time Chiyuyoc's players had a chance to rest. Chiyuyoc's Gaspar Cordeal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gonzo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 70th minute, Filomeno Gipuzkoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute Marciano Rioja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gonzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Garci struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Anastasio Orti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dragon Azzurro FC. After having played for 75 minutes, Marciano Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
