But to his dismay, Maximino Abadia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Acetil Co A's Esteve Llorian got a free kick in the 56th minute. Svante Siöman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Seber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Genaro Dorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Genaro Dorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Arlo having to interfere. Esteve Llorian might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Svante Siöman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Esteve Llorian ran back to his position shaking his head.
