Severo Nalo scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Tonete, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Newton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Nalo came free, but Mauricio Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pampichuela booed when Newton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Oliviero didn't get a good kick on the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pampichuela reached it. 46 minutes into the match, Candido Oliviero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Severo Haritz, 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbano Guillelmus made a kick off. In the 89th minute, one of Pampichuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pampichuela. Severo Nalo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Mauricio Tonete when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Urbano Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauricio Tonete made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alonzo Cibran in the 97th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
