If Segundo Hanot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Toco y me voy's zone, Cipriano Tono stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Venceslao came out of the goal and Cipriano Tono tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, Santa Rosa's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Hanot came free, but Maximiliano Lauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Gilberto Alonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th match minute, Santa Rosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Alonso to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Lauro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor da Silva in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Vítor da Silva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Lauro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Hanot in the 34th minute of play forced Santa Rosa's goalkeeper Maximiliano Lauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Lauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Hanot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Toco y me voy! In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Santa Rosa. Carlos Lohitzun stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Saul Venceslao. 1-1. If Cristo Reynardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor da Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Lauro having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cipriano Tono stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cipriano Urtats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Maximiliano Lauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor da Silva's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maximiliano Lauro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Octavio Oro kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. A hard shot by Elias Donzel from long distance, 66 minutes into the match, got Maximiliano Lauro's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 71 minutes into the game, Carlos Lohitzun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santa Rosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toco y me voy the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Santa Rosa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Toco y me voy:s goal. 75 minutes into the game, Vítor da Silva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maximiliano Lauro. Vítor da Silva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Saul Venceslao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Emeterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd match minute, Toco y me voy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Hanot to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Lauro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cipriano Urtats in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Santa Rosa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vítor da Silva fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Santa Rosa's Maximiliano Lauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Urtats in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Cristo Reynardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toco y me voy's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Reynardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Lauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th match minute, Toco y me voy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Hanot to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Toco y me voy defense, Gabriel Regis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Venceslao. The Toco y me voy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Venceslao should have stopped the shot. The Santa Rosa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Toco y me voy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
