After a defensive mix-up in El Raton Juan Carlos's zone, Jeronimo Musko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Garaona came out of the goal and Jeronimo Musko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute of the match Jairo Orlo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nereo Garaona showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Danilo Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Hurko in the 21st minute of the match. Nereo Garaona made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Jeronimo Musko sent off a good shot on target. Elpidio Reno scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeronimo Musko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Garaona having to interfere. MAX POWER Mato Champ's attack was well implemented in the 35th minute, but when Alberto Eutropio was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. MAX POWER Mato Champ's Danilo Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Reno in the 41st minute of play. Alberto Eutropio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Garaona having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Musko notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of El Raton Juan Carlos's Nereo Garaona. Nereo Garaona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Omar Hurko to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Astor Grabiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MAX POWER Mato Champ and the El Raton Juan Carlos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nereo Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Musko in the 60th minute of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Jeronimo Musko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAX POWER Mato Champ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Musko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Omar Hurko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Marques having to interfere. Omar Hurko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in MAX POWER Mato Champ's zone, Elpidio Reno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Marques came out of the goal and Elpidio Reno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, MAX POWER Mato Champ's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Hurko came free, but Danilo Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danilo Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Reno in the 81st minute. Silvano Luix charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Luix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MAX POWER Mato Champ booed when El Raton Juan Carlos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Eutropio struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Nereo Garaona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MAX POWER Mato Champ. When Alberto Eutropio came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the MAX POWER Mato Champ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Eutropio couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Musko in the 96th minute of play forced El Raton Juan Carlos's goalkeeper Nereo Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, MAX POWER Mato Champ failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
