The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Reno got free with Mateo George in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Elpidio Reno managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Raton Juan Carlos's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Reno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo George breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute, Omar Hurko fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mateo George, passed just outside the right post. Mateo George stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Hurko's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Omar Hurko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo George was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Omar Hurko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mateo George. The goal made the score 2-0. If Omar Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. Atraucó AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Raton Juan Carlos the free kick. The supporters of El Raton Juan Carlos booed when Atraucó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Lia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquilino Etxekopar's late challenge caught a El Raton Juan Carlos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquilino Etxekopar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd match minute, Atraucó AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Etxekopar to maneuver through the defense. Mateo George showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Hurko, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. But to his dismay, Omar Hurko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Reno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo George was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Atraucó AFC's Mateo George played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Hurko in the 82nd minute of play. Omar Hurko struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Mateo George didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Raton Juan Carlos. If Elpidio Reno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquilino Etxekopar fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 94th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. El Raton Juan Carlos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Atraucó AFC for a fine match.
