Santos Florinio started the match with the kick off. Vladimiro Pietro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Nereo Garaona made a huge save. Vladimiro Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Nereo Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nereo Garaona had great luck who in the 8thth minute grab hold of the ball when Santos Florinio from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Hurko in the 13th minute of play forced Serenisimos FC's goalkeeper Patricio Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Florinio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Raton Juan Carlos's Nereo Garaona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save El Raton Juan Carlos from getting a goal against them. Vladimiro Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Nereo Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santos Florinio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Garaona having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Montrell during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Serenisimos FC's Eduardo Montrell got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes, Severiano Egoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Serenisimos FC and the El Raton Juan Carlos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Severiano Egoi kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Omar Hurko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Fero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, El Raton Juan Carlos's Elpidio Reno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patricio Fero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patricio Fero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Hurko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Braulio Montez's late challenge caught a Serenisimos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Braulio Montez helped the player get up and apologised. When Vladimiro Pietro came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Serenisimos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimiro Pietro couldn't finish the play. Elpidio Reno was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Vladimiro Pietro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elpidio Reno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patricio Fero having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Serenisimos FC's zone, Omar Hurko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Fero came out of the goal and Omar Hurko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Serenisimos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Hurko came free, but Patricio Fero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Serenisimos FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Celestino Harriet hit a great ball. Santos Florinio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Garaona having to interfere. Nereo Garaona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Pietro in the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of Serenisimos FC booed when El Raton Juan Carlos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Maldonado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santos Florinio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Garaona having to interfere. Vladimiro Pietro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Garaona read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes, Rogelio Kiliz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Raton Juan Carlos and the Serenisimos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Rogelio Kiliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Fero didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 95th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1.
