Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfredo Tebaldo got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Mariano Ekialde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taquello's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Ekialde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Steven breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Tebaldo in the 8th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Luciano Steven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Benjamin Nesor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonel Maidana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Nesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Benjamin Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Leonel Maidana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Ekialde couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute Benjamin Nesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Maidana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Nesor to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Isaac Idacio could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Leonel Maidana however easily saved by the left post. In the 53rd minute, Mariano Ekialde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Maximino Kimetz got a free kick in the 55th minute. Saul Mirande took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luciano Steven. Leones FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Taquello's Mariano Ekialde made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luciano Steven was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Taquello's Mariano Ekialde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luciano Steven narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Benjamin Nesor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonel Maidana. Benjamin Nesor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Alfredo Tebaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Steven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Ekialde, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
